Join Broadway Sun Ben Trading's Drop Ship Program for a convenient way to sell men’s and women’s fashion accessories worldwide, without the need to store inventory or deal with shipping. 
 
It's easy! 
1. Register online to access our low, competitive factory direct prices and decide which products you would like to sell. You will need a reseller's license, a website or actual storefront name and address.
2. Offer your customers (online or take orders in person) our products for purchase.  
3. Place your orders at www.sunben.com.
4. We will promptly package and ship the ordered products directly to your customers for you.
5. Please note, we do not fulfill Amazon, eBay or 3rd party sellers directly, and any drop shippers that attempt to do so will be removed from the program. We reserve the right to grant, block, or deny access to registered users in order to protect our members and improve the quality of our services.
 
Drop Shipping Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How do I join your Drop Ship program?
Your first step to becoming our Drop Ship partner is registering on our site. To complete the form, you will need to provide your Tax ID or retail reseller's certificate number. Please select "Drop Shipping" during the registration process in order to receive our special deals and news for Drop Ship customers. Once you register, you will be able to see our drop ship prices and to place orders.
 
Is there a minimum number of orders/minimum purchase or additional fees to join the Drop Ship program?
No. We do not require any minimums or charge any fees to join our Drop Ship program. 
 
Can I cancel or change my order?
To best serve our customers and yours, we offer fast reliable shipping with orders generally being shipped out on the same day it is received. Call us immediately if you need to cancel it or change it. Please note that cancellations or changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.
 
Is it possible to return an item? 
We understand that the return process takes longer for Drop Ship customers, so we gladly extend our return deadline to 21 days (30 days for international addreses).  Notify us of any returns within 21 days of receipt to arrange exchanges or credits towards future purchases (30 days for international addresses).  No refunds will be given. No returns will be accepted after the deadline.
 
Do you fulfill to Amazon or eBay?
Please note, we do not fulfill Amazon or eBay directly and any drop shippers that attempt to do so will be removed from the program.

Why can't I see the prices?
Prices are only available to registered buyers. In order to view our exclusive wholesale and drop ship prices you must create a free account or log-in to your existing account.
 
How often do you add new products?
New products are being added all the time.  Check out our “New Arrivals” section. Subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest news, and notifications of new products. The form can be found at the bottom of the page under "Newsletter sign-up"
 
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
All coupons can always be found on our Promotions page, which also details the types of promotions and specials we offer. From time to time, we highlight select items that are specially priced. These can be found on our Sale Section. From time to time, we also offer limited promotions. To learn about these discounts, please subscribe to our newsletter. The form can be found at the bottom of the page under "Newsletter sign-up".
 
Are items labeled? Can the items be labeled with my own brand? 
Our products come direct from manufacturers in Asia, and are unlabeled. As a free added service for our Drop Ship Partners, we would be happy to tag the items for you. If you provide us with your own hang tags, we will attach them prior to shipping to your customers.  
 
How do I receive the product list for my website?
We provide product information through a csv data feed via Google Drive or Dropbox.  
 
Do you provide photos?
Yes, we provide photos through a URL link via the product data feed.
 
 
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be securely processed through our website. If you are not comfortable paying online or have payment questions, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. We accept major credit/debit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa) and PayPal. If you are in the New York area, you can even come by the store and pay in cash. Please note that for Drop Ship orders we do not accept COD or bank drafts.
 
How will I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
 
SHIPPING
What are your shipping rates?
See our Drop Ship Program Shipping page for the complete details.  We offer Tiered Flat Rate Shipping within the 48 continental United States. Shipping to other areas of the US and internationally are calculated based on actual shipping costs.  International shipments are fulfilled through our third party vendor, International Checkout, who will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.
 
How many addresses can I submit per order?
To ensure accuracy, our order system accepts a maximum of 8 addresses per order. If you have more addresses to enter, please create a separate order.
 
Can I change the shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, if you contact us the same day the order was placed. Orders are generally shipped the same day, and changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.  Please provide accurate shipping addresses.  Packages that need to be reshipped due to incorrect addresses will incur additional fees.
 
Can I save my shipping addresses?
Yes, you can save shipping addresses using the Address Book. Addresses can be added during the order process or entered before the order is placed.
 
How long will it take for my customer to receive the items after I place an order?
Orders placed and paid for before 12:00p.m. Noon EST are usually shipped out on the same day.  View our full shipping policies and shipping timetable.
 
What other countries do you ship to and what are the shipping rates?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Broadway Sun Ben Trading Company. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses. View our full shipping policies.  Please note that once we have shipped out your order to International Checkout, they then become responsible for it.
 
Can I check the status of my international order?
