How do I become a buyer at Broadway Sun Ben Trading?
In order to view our low wholesale prices and to become a buyer, please register on our site. To complete your registration, buyers will need the appropriate Tax ID or reseller's certificate. Please note, we reserve the right to grant, block, or deny access to registered users in order to protect our members and improve the quality of our services.

Can I buy less than a dozen of one item?
We sell smaller quantities for drop shipping and smaller boutiques, however we are primarily a wholesaler, so the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price and fees.  If you have specific requests or questions, please contact us at Broadway Sun Ben

Can I choose which colors I would like for an item?
Most items are sold as Pre-Assorted Dozens, which are our cheapest prices.  Colors must be chosen for Per Piece purchases. There are bulk discounts for most items, so you can create a custom color dozen from "Pieces".   If you have specific requests or questions, please contact us

Are discounts available if I place a large order?
Large bulk orders over 480 pieces (40 Dozen) or case purchases, are eligible for further discounts. Please contact us

Can I cancel or change my order?
We offer fast reliable shipping, so orders will generally ship out the same day for orders placed before 12:00PM EST, please call us immediately if you would like to cancel it or change it. Cancellations or changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Is it possible to return an item? 
Please notify us of any returns within 10 days of receipt. Only exchanges or credits for future purchases will be given. After 10 days (30 days for our international customers), we reserve the right to refuse any returns. Returns will only be processed according to our return policy, which can be viewed at our Wholesale Returns page.

Are your prices competitive with eBay?
Yes, our prices are competitive, if not lower than eBay's. Broadway Sun Ben also provides personalized customer service, that only a family business can bring to you. How can I pay for my order?
Payments are securely processed through our website. If you are not comfortable paying online or have payment questions, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. Accounts for Net 30 payments for bulk wholesale purchasers are available for pre-approved loyal customers who have shown good credit for 5 bulk purchases or more than one year, whichever is greater. 

How do I know if you have received my payment?
You will receive an email with an invoice confirming your order and payment. 

Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. You will receive both an invoice via email and a printed invoice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

How will my order be shipped?
Our preferred shipping service for wholesale is UPS for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments (or via International Checkout, which requires domestic shipping to California). However, if you prefer to use another service, please let us know. View our full wholesale shipping policies.

Can I change the shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, provided you contact us promptly on the same day the order was placed. Orders are generally shipped the same day and changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped.

When will I receive my items after I place an order or after payment is processed?
Orders placed by 12:00PM Noon EST are usually shipped on the same day it is received. However, please allow for 2 business days for your order to be shipped. Our shipping timetable and our full shipping policies can be viewed View our full shipping policies, including shipping timetables.

What countries do you ship to and what are the shipping rates?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Broadway Sun Ben Trading. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.  We ship to their depot in California with domestic shipping, and they take responsibility from there to complete the route.  For bulk wholesale purchases, please contact us for other shipping options.  View our full wholesale shipping policies.

Does the product price include shipping?
No, the product price does not include shipping. We are pleased to offer tiered flat rate shipping fees for orders shipped by ground to the 48 contiguous states. There is FREE SHIPPING for Orders >$300.  View our full wholesale shipping policies.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive tracking information from FedEx/UPS when the order has been shipped. For other shipping methods, please contact us for details.

Who should I contact with questions about my international order?

Do I have to pay customs duty or taxes?
As our warehouses are conveniently located in New York City, any order shipping within the United States will not subject to customs duty. Orders shipping outside of the United States will be subject to each country’s customs duty policies, paid by the buyer. Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  International shipping through our partner, International Checkout conveniently lets you do all of the paperwork and compute the fees at one time.

Why does it say "Login for Prices"?
Prices are only available to registered buyers who are resellers. We keep our wholesale prices low to best serve our customers. In order to view the prices, please create a free account or log-in.

How often do you add new products?
New products, such as scarves, gloves, sunglasses, hats, baseball caps, and ponchos, fitting every season can always be found on our “New Arrivals” section. To stay up to date, please subscribe to our newsletter. The form can be found at the bottom of the page under "Newsletter sign-up"

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
All coupons can always be found on our Promotions page, which also details the types of promotions and specials we offer. Every week, we highlight select items that are specially priced. Can items be private labeled? 
Yes, items can be private labeled for your own brand.  As a complimentary service for our customers, we are happy to private label your items (with your provided labels), free for quantities less than 100 dozen. For quantities over 100 dozen, please contact us for details.
